                                             Principal, Gloucester Public Schools, MA

From Bullying to Belonging helps school communities:
  • make doable and sustainable changes in their learning environment that both immunizes students against bullying and serves as an antidote to bullying;
  • use the power of the performing and visual arts and the social sciences to motivate students to embrace these changes;
  • provide the follow up materials school staff need to achieve their anti-bullying goals. (more info about Professional Development)

Tribal Rhythms Celebration Performance, a magical blend of music, drama, and storytelling.  This highly participatory performance invites students and teachers to establish nurturing, socially inclusive Learning Tribes in their classrooms.

The Story of the Weakest and Strongest uses dramatic storytelling, dance, music, and simple props and costumes to stage a highly participatory performance.  Within a poignant, engaging tale, the students and teachers explore the effects of bullies, cliques, and being left out.  This thought-provoking tale dramatizes how an "untogether tribe," dominated by a bully, becomes a "together tribe."  The experience helps students change their peer group culture from valuing to devaluing bullying.

Custom performances, mini-series, residencies, and long-term programs that can be designed specifically for your needs.
